Connection slowing down...

I recently got Comcast Cable and the first week or two the speed was at 5.8 MB/Sec. I check it tonight and it's 2.7 MB/Sec. What's the deal?

Ah, okay. I was just curious since I am a new cable user and all. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong.
