I always let the idle settle down on cold starts. It usually only takes about 30 seconds and Im on my way. Well a few mornings ago I got in the car to go to work and it would not idle over 800 rpm without hitting the gas. I drove it to work anyway and noticed my rpms drop like a rock when I shift. Other than that the car drives fine. When its warm it idles fine. Im pulling my normal vacuum and I unplugged my IAC after work the other day and the car died. So i know it is working. I have been working long days and hope to get a chance to look at it tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated. BTW this is on my 98 Cobra.
