Ok im going to try an start the car tomorrow morning and I'll update the thread.
I'm hoping just cleaning the iac everything will be good.

Well I went out to start the car this morning and it started right up.
The Rpms dropped a little before going to normal.
So I'm assuming it was the iac and will be purchasing a new one.

I guess im not sure why you're not trying to troubleshoot it rather than throw parts at it.

It's not my car or my money so ultimately I don't really care. Best of luck.
