Cold start issues after VMP install

Ever since I had my tvs installed I've been having cold start issues. When cold the car will start and die immediately unless I give it gas and catch it before it dies.
At first I thought it was the tune so I ended up getting tuned elsewhere and it's still an issue.
Could it be the iac?
Once the car is warmed up it starts no problem
Here's a video

Any help is appreciated ! There's also a slight hesitation when I blip the throttle. I'm thinking that is with the same issue

Once you get it running, try unplugging the iac and see what happens. I suspected a bad one and unplugged mine and the car kept running. I was told if that's the case it wasn't bad.

Make sure there is no leaks in your system. I have a cold air intake down in the fenderwell and mine would do the same thing as you described. Low and behold my filter came somewhat unclamped...

I'm pretty sure its the tune. Are you using the same IAC, etc from before the VMP?

Yea still using the same iac. And I don't see any leaks nor hear anything.
And I don't believe it's in the tune since its happened at both tuners now.
I called my tuner when I got home and he said that's real weird since he tried 4 cold starts on my car and it worked everytime.
He said that it's not going to harm anything by giving it gas to start. But he said give it a week and if it keeps doing it then he will add more air on start up. But said he shouldn't have too

If I had to guess the IAC tables aren't dialed in correctly. My car never did this with the whipple but when going to the TVS and GT500 setup it would start and die. I was sure it was a fueling issue but after tweaking the IAC tables it starts no problem now.

Hmm I'll have to ask my tuner about that.
Thanks for the info guys.
If anyone else has any suggestions I'd appreciate it

log idle isc integrator once the car is warm at a stablized idle. I'd be interested to see what you're getting.

Step 1: Park on the street
Step 2: Open the hood
Step 3: Start Car
Step 4: Light that bitch on fire...

I have been pretty close to following these steps myself recently lol.

So I just started my car, unplugged the iac like you said and the car died immediately .
So does this mean my iac is bad?

I cleaned the iac with some throttle body cleaner and it started up after that.
But I have a feeling it's only because it was already started earlier

No.

Please log IAC duty cycle and ISC intergrator while the car is warm and at a stablized idle.

I think so. When I did this test my car kept running.

It depends on how far open your TB blades are. If the TB blades aren't open enough with the screw when you disconnect the IAC you now don't have enough air flowing in to keep the motor running. Disconnecting it shows that the IAC is doing something.

Ideally the idle should drop a little with the IAC unplugged but the car stay running, unless you have the car set to idle ridiculously low.

Yea my car shut off right away.
Should I adjust the idle screw in a little to open the tb a little?

Yes

Once the car is warm you should be able to open the blades enough that you can idle approx 50-100 rpms below target idle with the IAC unplugged. Adjusting the TB blades may throw off your TPS counts so you may need to adjust your TPS.

Ok so adjusting that screw I'll most likely need to adjust the tune a little?
I'm not going to want to mess with the tune so I'll get in contact with my tuner and talk with him,
I will download live link tomorrow tho
