haah + 1 another problem is him shifting before redline... he hp prob falls off around 6000-6100 so hes just wasting time takin it up to 6400-6500 :bash:

I agree that in this case it is more a driver's race. A stock Cobra puts down 340-395rwhp. With just an intake add about 20rwhp. So that bumps the range from 360 - 415rwhp. Average stock is 365rwhp which makes this car likely in the 385rwhp range with just an intake. A stock C5 makes between 280-320rwhp. Add an intake and we're looking at 300-340rwhp. Average is probably around 320rwhp. So the Terminator should have about 65 more rwhp than the C5. But it is also about 420 lbs. heavier than a C5 (3,245 vs. 3,665). Factor in the weight and we're down to pretty much a driver's race. JMO.

Well we all know what SHOULD have happened..that's what happens when you can't drive for shit, I could have eaten a bowl of cereal in between those shifts, plus he sounded like he started at like 2500, LOL. Oh well, it's your fault if you can't drive, corvette got the kill, even if it's down 80+ RWhp :nonono:

josh, i think the outcome will be a lot different if you'd shift at 6100 or so and SPEED UP THAT SHIFTING!
practice shifting at a lower rpm and faster and get a rematch on video, i'd like to see that

I'm with cobra bob on this one. I've beaten a few Cobra's that should have beat me. The cobra's i raced had full bolt on's. They also had passengers though so that extra weight made all the difference.
