Dana, mine is sitting on my Cobra broken, it runs, but the frame is broken
and the fan spins very slowly. Gotta fix real soon.
I got a great deal from Tousley Ford, saved me a bundle. Ken

As soon as the fan gets a good bite on the frame your SOL. That's what happened to mine. It was fine for over a week after the frame cracked, then it caught and burned out.

That happened to me too. The #7 cylinder. Scared the SHIT out of me! Blew the scoop/snorkel off the hood and everything.

A helicoil will cure the issue.

Same cylinder as mine. I hear it is a common problem. There is a editor question in this months 5.0&SF that happend to an 04' cobra.
