I need the part number for the Terminator Clutch Cable. Mine is toast, and Ford is having issues finding the P/N

Did you try one of the Ford dealers on the Net. Or FordPartsCheap.com?
The Ford Dealer had an issue with the Catalog. It lists the part as being for the 5 spd GT. I understand the online version notes "Cobra Also"
My clutch cable came apart (frayed, a few strands left holding it) on the way to work this morning. Roadside assistance came out with a flatbed and took it to the dealer. A cable was located, and all is well.
I believe my quadrant is not properly shimmed, and the cable must have been slipping over the edge of the channel and sawing away at the cable. When I got to work, there was a mess of frayed cable end, and some strands holding on.
I'll check the alignment and shim as necessary tomorrow morning. Couldn't have waited until I got back from a long biz trip, could it?
