Unless you are just trying to lower your debt to income ratio you might as well keep your Cobra. No since in going backwards with the 99 or Bullitt, you're not going to have the performance of your 04 and you'll likely end up modding those cars anyway spending the money you intended to be saving :shrug:

3M rubberized coating, you can get it at walmart or auto parts store.

IT is a coating close to what Ford uses on the fenderwells. It comes in a spray can. I will get you a pic
