Chip questions

For those of you out there running chips where did you get them from?
Not to start a vendor war if you will, I was just curious where most were getting their chips from and how they liked the program they had.
Also if you could add what other mods you are running and what octane your chip is burned for. I can only get 91 d@mn AZ!!
