Yes, the natural oils somehow penetrate deep through to bring back color and will never fade. Its an old school trick.

im going to try this on my lip this weekend, how long does it last? apply it like Back2Black (ie work it in) or do you apply it and rub it off or whatever? do it before or after the wash?

+1! Back to black is the SH*t! I used it on my old tacoma on the planstic fender flares that had litterally turned white from the sun...after a couple coats, they look like new!

Agreed on Back to Black, stuff is garbage and I only use PB. Tastes just as good after you apply and wipe it off.
