Pre-filter is useless.
Get an oil separator.
eBay has all kinds and for all kinds of pricing.
This is what I use, and all the parts needed are all under $20.

On a setup like yours a breather is required correct?
Here is the one I run......
I originally had it running to both valve covers and it would make the car freak out and squeal like there was to much pressure inside the motor. So I decided to cap the intake and the splice and just let the passenger valve cover dump into the air like someone else said on here and it works perfectly.

What about the pass side valve cover? Did you just cap it off?
No the passenger side is just dumping into the air. When that side was run to the catch can the car hated it.
