Cat monitor

Ok so I am wondering if there is a monitor for my cat that can be turned off in my tune. The reason for the question is I had my tuner retune my car and he thought that I didn't need to go through emission and turned off my rear 02s. Once I figured it out I went back and he turned then back on and I reinstalled my mil eliminator and with my scanner I could verify rear 02 activity and it now will set the 02 monitor but it will not set the cat monitor and I don't have an egr so I'm using that as my one aloud monitor to not be set. By being able to see that rear activity does that mean I haven't waited long enough or is it possible that the cat monitor is turned off. I have driven this car in all different conditions and there is never any current or pending codes. What's the deal

The CAT monitor will never set if the EGR is disabled.

I wonder if it can be tricked?

Im no cats with a hand held perforance tune..my rear o2s are on ..

no eliminator ...never had issues with cel or drive ability..

its been questioned and I posted video of datalog of rear o2 working.

they say it has to be something the tuner did cause I should have issues this way

Yes, there is a way it can be done in the tune.

I was thinking the same thing but nowhere does it say that it waits for egr to pass before it runs the cat monitor.
I actually found it egr 1-12%
