Anyone winch there car into a car hauler yet if so what did you hook to, to do so. I'm thinking the both front control arms.

I wouldn't hook to any suspension parts. Why can't it be driven on the hauler? or better yet driven home.

you'll have to have a hook... unless your willing to put a road race style hook, its not going to work very easily.

Another option is to put on a hitch then winch it backwards.

There are instructions on how to properly strap down this car in the SVT insert supplied with the rest of the books with the car.

If you have the books?

I've driven mine up into the trailer but I picked up some mini J-hooks (per owners manual) and want to try that next.

Nothing wrong with the car on the enclosed hauler I have the fenders on the inside of the trailer won't allow the doors to open an I don't want to have to crawl out the window if I don't have to

Because I'm in the market for another diesel pickup I just have to say....that truck is awesome! I'm not sure I could justify a dually though...

I have hauled a number of cars in a similar dually/tag enclosed trailer setup. Winching one is impossible from the front. You can't get the angle unless you are going to drive the front wheels PAST the ramp door and get them into the trailer. Then you could attach something to the bottom without damaging the front facia. I would try to go off the k-member or some frame component. I understand where you are coming from and good luck.

The F450 is the perfect haul vehicle it has the power an suspension to tow whatever I want lol.....plus plenty of room for the family to come along for those far car shows

I got a set of race ramps that go out another 4.5-5ft from the end of the trailer door, I've actually driven the car into the trailer already just to make sure there was nothing would hit while driving up the ramps, but I'm gonna look into the J hooks the go into the k member slots
