I had a local shop polish/buff my car, they turn out great work and I had been putting it off. I was really happy with the before/after and the results turned out great.

They use Shine Supply products, car required a two stage polish (two passes) but some places required more~ Finished up with Cruz Nights polish as its supposed to have more shine vs a normal sealant (didnt do sealant since my car is weekend only garage kept). Finally just waxed it~ overall really happy with the result and I assumed my paint was pretty good overall, really made a difference.

Finally... upon leaving the battery died and I had to buy a new one (fun!)

Any of you guys that assume your paint is near perfect because you wax it regularly (especially older cars) you are really missing out on what the paint could look like if its never been polished etc.

Very nice! That paint looks so deep and rich. How much did they charge if you don't mind sharing?

Looks great!

I too hadn't experienced the true polish with swirl removing compounds...etc...until I stopped DDing my GT. I just did one pass with a PC and m205 along with CG mirror glaze and CG extreme shine wax...OMG it made my silver look soo good. I need to do it again except with a harsher grit to remove the rest of the deeper swirls. Getting it back from the paint shop took the finish back a few notches cause of all the dust...and I just got my ST back from the body shop too...bastards who washed it afterwards looked to have used sand paper!! swirls out the ying yang and i had tried so hard not to induce swirls up til this point!!! now i am going to have to polish the focus too!

The paint looks so good after the detailing. Redfire looks awesome when it's detailed. :)
