Well back in October the oil pump had let go and wiped out the whole motor. So I decide to tear the car down, repaint, new motor... Its been a long, busy, expensive winter/spring but its finally coming together.

The new motor consists of
Cobra block
Cobra crank
Manley H-beam w/ARP 2000
Custom Diamond piston fully coated
ARP 2000 Headstuds
TFS 44cc heads
Custom Cams
Logan Motorsports intake manifold

I think he's asking if he did the work himself, b/c it looks like all the paint prep work was done in-house.

Right, because no one goes down to the machine shop to snap pics of the motor that the machine shop is building for them. I was asking if he built the motor himself. Sheesh.

wasn't jumping down your throat man. It just sounded to me like you meant are you putting a built motor in this time.

And still not sure if serious...lol I would go down and snap pics! But I only had the machine shop do machine work on mine.

I had the machine shop assemble the bottom end, I did the rest. I do not do paint work, I assisted in the process but had alot of help with that. Trying to get this thing together for mustang week, cutting it very close!

It made 650rw on pump through stock heads last year. It got TFS heads and custom cams to go with it this time. It makes what it makes on pump, it is a 100% street car. I made all new custom intercooler piping as well this round.

Looking good. Does that intake clear that hood? I love that intake but don't want to go any bigger than my cobra r hood.
