NO!

The MAF transfer will not be correct, and the PCM will not be able to correctly determine the amout of air entering the engine.

The SCT MAF and stock MAF BOTH have 90mm housings, so nothing will be gained by swapping them, unless you need the added range of the electronics of the SCT MAF.

2.3 Whipple with stock lower, 3.0 upper.... I would imagine the stock is about pegged, I want to do a race tune also, figured I would get the MAF out of the way now.. Now I have to find a tuner.... I know u told me, but I will ask again anyway! Who!!!!!!!!!

It has a mafia, and the car was tuned with a different intake. I guess Dave put that intake in. Sometimes when you change the intake it can mess with your a/f. Sorry I have been busy I will hit you up soon.
