Can a bolt-on ONLY 2012 GT500 run low-mid 9's?

I can see a 2011+ 5.0 running low to mid 9s with a tune and drag radials but not a bolt on GT500.

I ran 10.0's 5 years ago in my 2008 GT500 . I had the fastest factory drive train GT500 for almost 2 years straight. Raced it on drag radials with not wot box/two step. Drove it to the track and drove it home....I'd think by now people are going faster.
