Yes. As long as you have everything you need, the swap isn't that bad. Shop around for an older Mark 8 and you can usually pick up the complete 4V out of it pretty cheap
Let me know if you have questions about the 4.6 DOHC swap.. I've done it with some interesting touches to the motor.
I'm running a Vortech on my PI swapped 95(Low Comp. forged motor). You will not be disappointed.
