Is it safe to put on the K&N CIA with a catback exaust if it still has the factory chip? Will it run lean or cause problems. Thanks

but here is something you won't like.....
people have gone lean from those mods. And the factory computer doesn't have a chip. You mean the stock/factory ecu program.
I would say most are perfectly fine with those mods and never get dyno'ed and never have a problem. Others have seen it go lean. Your best bet is to schedule a dyno time and possible tune when you do the mods. Don't expect to have to tune, but have the funds available. That is the best answer I could give for safety.
