Central Florida law enforcement is hamstrung by pursuit policies. The cops I've spoken to in the past week are not happy about the new guidelines at all, but it is the way it is due to our litigious society.
I've had people playing "Monday morning quarterback" on this here and there. "Oh, they should've done this, they should've done that..." it doesn't matter. Nothing was happening, so we did something about it. I only hope that someone would do the same for me.
