It's good to check all the freight companies, and watch out for the fees! Just so you know UPS does freight now too, I have shipped a couple of sets of cylinder heads with them with pretty good luck.

i paid 110 for my trans from here to flordia. and 150 ish for my irs from here to cali
strap it to a pallet and make sure you tell them its 1 pallet otherwise they will charge you twice as much
