I currently have everything to do a single 76mm turbo setup that was the original plan with a sponsorship from comp turbo for one of there new Oiless turbos. Currently all I would need is the turbo and bigger fuel system. So maybe one day If I get bored I'll muster up enough courage to go turbo

Looks like a good build. I'd put some money aside for a new motor. Just to be safe.

Yea I have been thinking about that. I bought the car with 130k miles on the body and the motor had 15k miles paid 7,500 for it. But that 10:1 compression scares me a little

But the motor looked great when I pulled it apart there wasn't any wear that I could see on piston skirts or cylinder walls

How much you think a car like this would go for? There are no miles on the new whipple setup it has been n/a all its life so far.

What headers are those? I'd be pretty pissed if I had to cut my scatter shield to fit around headers.

I'm also running into an issue with my trans not lining up and steering shaft rubbing the headers. I'm guessing that maybe the motor mounts are off or maybe something is wrong with the k member

Yep, the mounting plate for the Magnum T-56 is much larger than the regular T-56. Ask me how I know. LOL. Can't beat the Magnum T-56, though. It's a great transmission.

Thanks guys! Yea I think I got a pretty good deal! Well just another update. I took it to get tuned it layed down 550rwhp 561 rwtq and it only made 10 psi. the pulley that is on the blower should make 18. The clutch also took a dump right after the dyno rip twin disc.

My best guess is that the pilot bearing failed and allowed the input shaft to move to much.

Wtf??? Well that didn't take long to be turned into scrap.

What does the pilot bearing look like?

Did you check the alignment of the trans to the bellhousing?
