No..not kidding...Anything can be "made" fast...The Bugatti in stock form is light years over a stock GTR.

So..put the same mods on the Bugatti and you are at the same point again.
Just no comparison, man no matter how you twist it..

And look at that, he's prior Air Force. I knew a guy (SSGT) when I was in a couple years ago that got a $40 million + inheritance from his Aunt and he got out on a hardship and moved somewhere in Fl. Wonder if it's the same guy ??

Also the Veyrons all sound so quiet in these videos but it person it sounds like a damn jet engine passing you. All you hear is the turbos and intake. Wonder what kind of mufflers Bugatti put on these cars.

I have a 9 sec honda civic and used to have a 10 sec pro street S10. While both of those cars may "technically" the same or faster in the 1/4 at the track there's no way in hell they would keep up with the Bugatti after that on the track or on a street .

The Bugatti does over 240 mph and it's STABLE !! Not very hard to beat ??

I'm hoping someday someone goes through an upgrade with a Veyron. I find it hard to believe that engine is not capabale of some big numbers even just on pump gas. Much more than a pump gas GTR.

The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport has 1200hp.. 200hp more than the standard Veyron, if you can call any Veyron standard.

The Bugatti's start to become amazing far far after the 1320. They just don't stop accelerating. A lot of cars can run 9's and 10's but after that, they can't climb like a Bugatti. And like stated, the Veyron SS does 268, and I wouldn't feel comfortable doing 268 in ANY other car in the world besides a Bugatti.

Back in 95 I had a mid 9sec mustang running 145mph in the 1/4. It also ran 1.32 short times. I was pulling the tires 30-40 ft on the street. I think I would of had it cover in the 1/4. There unbelievable cars but not unbeatable.

It annoys me when UK top gear compares everything to a veyron, however is truly is an incredible machine. The engineering that went into it is amazing and the performance is breath taking.
