can i run a whiplle 3.4 or a hp twin 57 mm kit on my stock 03 cobra heads without any problems. What are some recomendations for aftermarket heads cams?

The stock heads will be fine
3.4 is kinda ovekill for the 4.6. The AX140 (2.3) will give the engine all the boost it can stand and will fit under the stock hood. No need to swap the cams. If you want more power turn up the boost.

Good advice by SlowSVT. Venomus03, what are your goals for the engine and how much power are you looking to make?
I replaced my stock head bolts with ARP's and i run different mid to high boost setups all the time with no problems.
