bogging on shift

Having a issue, when you are getting into it, it wants to bog for a half of a second on shifts. If you ease into the throttle and not really getting on it hard there is no problem. But doesn't matter what gear or what RPM you shift at, if it is hard into the throttle, then shift and hard into it again it just falls on it face for a split second then just right back up and pulls hard all the way. I have already did plugs, air filter, fuel filter etc. ALSO, nothing has been changed on the car since 2004, so no new mods etc. Just regular maintenance and this have never happened before now. Has anyone had this happen? Any advice on what to look at? thanks

may need to do a PPRV delete in the fuel tank.

That's the well known shift hesitation. It can be tuned out. But most go with the PPRV delete.

Ok and it doesn't matter that this car was tuned almost 20 years ago and has ran fine ever since, year after year and nothing has been changed? Just started happening this summer all at once.

This kind of info really needs to be included in the original post
