It's gonnna go like stink I bet (same suspension as on M3), but still looks like a potbelly pig :(

Wish they would have straightened out that sagging door line. But the front and rear are super aggressive I'll give 'em that.

Saw the other videos BMW did for this new M1 car a few minutes ago. As if the 135i wasn't a quick sleeper, this relatively small lightweight car is going to fly. Jeff aka Hissman is going to love this when he sees it... ! ;-)

price & power plant are what I would like to know. It's nice car, style is something you grow into, I like. I only care about the meat & potatos fo the car. Thats the real question.

Nice looking BMW, and one that should be a hit here. That is, depending on the engine and price.

On the M5board they're saying that the 1Mcoupe power plant isn't any different from the 135i (TT inline 6 good for 360HP), save for maybe a tune. You'll get different wheels/tires, color choices, suspension, and different head/tail lights, and that cool ///M badge.

Edit: Forgot to mention the ///M will also be 80mm wider than the 135i.

That's not worth all the extra coin IMO

Absolutely not. I think it'll be more than $40k closer to $50k. Probably 350/360hp out of the older N54 3l inline 6 tt. Buy a regular 135i throw some mods at it and you will probably beat a M1 or whatever they'll call it. Same problem with the 335is

is it me, or does that interior look dated/cheap for the cost of the car?

Any car that tiny with feder flares like that must be a blast to drive. People can dog it all they want, but i've autocrossed a 135i at a BMW driving event and let me tell you, its a crazy fun little ride. The M will be even better.
