Does anyone have any experience with the old design of this part? Where the bar mounts to the car is different from the new design and covers the bottom holes for the muffler mounts on both sides. Just wondering if anyone had an old instruction sheet or how the muffler mounts were modified.

Added a stud to mount bar with existing hole, but it is a full inch behind where factory muffler bracket goes.

Yes, part of the reason for the redesign was the change in the mounting position on the newer model 11+.

That said, the exhaust clearance is actually similar. Very surprised to see you having an exhaust piping clearance issue. We've always been proud of the ability to run our ARB without modding/deleting the OTA piping. Hmmm.

It isn't stock over the axle maybe that is why. Looks like it is all under control now.
