Hi
I just finished putting everything on car after my port job I put a bigger res on for blower I put what I took out plus some for fluid I took out the relay and jumped the pump some air came out but I got a steady flow and the tank went down so I'm guessing the intercooler filled so I topped it off a little more jumped it again to check flow had coolant coming back in the tank

I fired the car up and I pulled the cap to the tank and noticed it wasn't flowing I thought it flowed the whole time the car ran? I couldn't remember if it did

Any pointers or corrections?

No the intercooler doesn't flow until the sensor triggers the IC pump. Let it idle up to temp but watch your IC tank you will see it flow.

Thats normal Ron. The pump will kick on with temp. Cant wait to hear what you put down with the port.
