Folks, Tiffany and I are on the road and near completion of our relocation to VMP's Central Florida headquarters.
Nice timing on our part to do it over a holiday weekend, so it'll be an inflatable bed til Tuesday. And we'll miss Indy for the first time in many years, but we did pick up a little portable tv for my office, so we won't miss it completely.
So, here are the updated contact details :
When you call VMP, just dial 112 as soon as the message begins and you'll be transferred to me. If I'm unable to pick up, please leave a detailed message and I'll return your call promptly.
In addition, as many of you already know, I have activated a "shortcut-easy-to-remember" number for my cell phone for after-hours emergency calls. Simply press **bjvmp and hit send on your cell phone. This doesn't work from any other phone. Again, emergencies please.
For non-emergency contact after hours, please email me with a detailed message. I have email available to me all the time. Any of my customers can tell you I respond at all hours. If you don't get a response from me in 4 hours (between 6a -12mid) , I didn't get your email.
"Detailed " message means:
Type and year of car.
ALL performance mods on car. (mufflers, oil separators and the fact that you use Amsoil won't matter).
Your question.
That's it. You'll get a timely and generally informative response.
