Billetflow Idler Pulleys Go Bad????

So after attempting numerous (more than 15) times to contact billetflow directly...i have resorted to coming here and asking for assistance. What should one do if the bearings in their billetflow idlers mysteriously go bad.....?? Any help is appreciated. These are somewhat new btw - Adam

The bearing can be replaced.I know the part # is on here somewhere.Let me see if i can find it.

i actually went to napa and got one i believe it was 11 dollars and change. used a press...very straight forward. works like new again. thanks
