I'm not staying in Las Vegas. Where I'm going I get more house for less money, and prices there are dropping and inventory stays on the market for weeks/months at a time.Correct... but prices are inflated in that area to... so you will likely lose money or at the very least make no profit (if you try to sell the home in the near future)....
