Best way to store extra leather seat covers

Picked up a set of takeoff Recaro leather & alcantara/suede seat covers for when my current leather seat covers bit the dust in a couple years.

Want to make sure I package/store them so they don't deteriorate. What is the best way to do this?

They will be storing in a climate controlled area. Thought maybe laying them flat and putting them in a large hanging clothes vacuum space saver bag so the environment doesn't get to them but not sure.

Basically big ziplock bags you can suck the air out.

I would also apply a good leather conditioner/dressing on them before storage.
