I have comp 278s. They are awsome when up over 2500rpms. (IMO they are too big for a real DD)

IMO too many people overcam their combos. I run very mild JDM spec stage 2s. Just a touch of lope, and not overly impressive on the dyno. On the track and street where it counts I could not ask for more. Docile as a DD or travelling, and the ability to lay down 9 second passes at the strip(will prove this real soon) with a tiny stock displacement blower.
