They actually tested an early Hellcat prototype but it caused the European economic crisis due to ripping up all roads it came in contact with. It was banned from leaving US soil after that incident.
I don't think there will ever be "the" best driving road in the world. Too many factors come into play. Scenery, road quality, traffic, length, number of curves and straights, etc all factor in to a good driving road. I personally love the blue ridge parkway, not saying it's the best but I can get there do some driving/riding and be back home within a day. Which equals multiple trips a month sometimes even a week. Fantastic road with beautiful scenery and 469 miles of enjoyment.
