What is the best coolant mixture for an air to water aftercooler that will provide the best heat transfer and still offer good corrosion protection. I've heard plain water with Water Wetter added because it contains corrosion inhibitors. I live in Texas so we don't see a lot of extremely cold weather where freezing is a major concern. Any thoughts?

^^ Exactly. Just water wetter
I've got the Vortech MaxFlow aftercooler setup. How many bottles of Water Wetter should I use? How often should the coolant/Water Wetter be changed to ensure corrosion inhibitor level is maintained? My understanding is that over time the corrosion inhibitors lose their effectiveness and must be replenished.

Dunno, always used ice and had to drain and add more wetter long before that point lol. The bottle will tell you how much to use. I think half a bottle does some 3-4 gallons ?

use a small amount of water wetter or it will foam up, many guru's say all it is is dishwashing soap with a redline label on it..
