best 60 ft with slicks and stock suspension 6m cars only

THose of you with manual cars, what is your best sixty foot with slicks and stock suspension

I cut a 1.71 on 255x50x16 bfg drag radials. Completely stock other than the tires.That was a one time thing. I could never reproduce it.

i took everything out of the trunk, half tank of gas and 26x10.5x16 et streets. launch at 3500 on 2 step and cut a 1.80.
i smelled clutch so i put it up after that run.

I cut a 1.727 with 26.5x11.5x17 et street bias ply on a horrible track with horrible track prep

My best was 1.50 on slicks and stock suspension with only one change, single adjustable QA1 shocks. In the 1.6's with stock shocks.

Stiff side wall slicks. They don't wrap as hard under launch and yield better reaction on stick cars

1.67 on 295/45/17 MT radials. Bone stock suspension. 3.31's launching at 5700.

1.59 with only k springs. Since lowering springs actually hurt your 60ft. I'd say this qualifies. I was on M/T 26x11.5x17 rears and stock 18" fronts. My car was a very consistent low 1.6x car.

I could not get better than 1.65... that was on the 26" slicks which forced me to shift 5th WAY too early. Switched to 28" slicks and the best I think I have ever done was a 1.69.... most of my passes were 1.71-1.85

These were 28" MT slicks and they were NOT new.... very worn, in fact. FWIW, the stock suspension paired with a 6M is not ideal. The car unloads so easily.

Consistent 1.55 on slicks with no suspension mods at all except for sportline lowering springs. I think with stock springs and or a few tweaks it would have went 1.4

Wow some impressive times. I am using old slicks. The best i can get out of her is 1.78 that was with a 5k launch. How much abuse will these bad boys take??? A person posted that he was launching at 5700. I am shooting for 11.60s. My car mph hard at 1200 DA it 118.1 back to back. I have gone 11.86 at 117.8 and then 11.99 with 118.1 run. She definitely has enough mph i just need it to launch better.
