If the tensioner moves that easily I'd look into a new tensioner as well. It shouldn't move that easily.

Alright I'm bumping this one last time to report in. Got two gates belts in case one didnt fit. The part number on one was 745 and 751 on the other. Gates seems to have confused everyone with the way the use part numbers. The 745 says its 75 1/8" outer diameter and the 751 says 75 5/8" outer diameter. I could not get the 745 on the car and the 751 is as absolutely tight as you could get it. The tensioner is just at the outer edge of the raised portion. And I had to get it part way on, let the tension out a few times to stretch it just enough to be able to slide it on and I mean barely still. FYI on the gates green HD fleet runner belts. However if you just look at PN for size you'll be fine
