Hey guys. I recently picked up my 03 cobra and want to change out the belt because it is worn and squealing but not sure of the proper belt size. Its on a 4.0 richard racing pulley. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you don’t want to measure it, you can take it down to a parts house and they usually have belt measuring tools.....or if the part number is on it still, that is the length.

I used a Gates k080785 with my 4.0 pulley. But might not work for u.

Any #'s at all on the belt visible? Can you bump the ign to get the belt to move to see if any #'s are on the belt?. Otherwise your going to have to pull it and measure. Or take it to someone who can.

why do you say this wont work on my setup?

Are you asking me? cause if you re-read,you see I don't say " won't " I say it might not work for you. And the reason is it seems people have different diameter pulley set ups.
I think I am running 3# 100mm and 1# 90mm. With a stock alt pulley and stock tension-er.
