So, my tuner says there is a variation between bank 1 and bank 2 for my afr. He said this is indicative of an exhaust leak. He said it only happens under WOT and could be considered normal. I was just wondering if any of you that have data logged your cars have seen this variation? Exhaust is stock and only the h-pipe has been off the car for a clutch replacement. I checked the bolts at the header and they seem tight...

Have you checked the connections on the EGR tube? That's another potential source for a leak.

Are you running the stock H pipe or a aftermarket OFR X pipe ? The driver side A/F sensor is the manifold and the passenger side is in the actual exhaust pipe.
