I was there last year for it. I went out there for business and forgot it was going on and had a hard time finding a room. :bash:Ha Ha.

It's probably the only cool thing that Albuquerque has. It definitely brings in a lot of people and thousands of hot air balloons. It is an international event.

Yeah. It's supposed to be the largest in the world from what I have heard.

One of the few hot air ballooning events I have yet to participate in.

A woman died this year when a balloon hit a power line. She fell 60 feet. She was from California and had paid for the ride!
