Bad Day at the Track

Alright,
I went to the track to test out the car with new mods, and the rear end didn't hold up well Time to upgrade..:banana:

I wanted to get to the track and run a better time so I went out and purchased some suspension parts.

M&H Tires 275 / 45 / 18 on a stock rim

Here is my first pass on 25psi tire pressure M&H

Ran 1.8 of Mile at Barona Drag Strip 7.723 beat my previous time by a little WIKD500(7.89) not what I wanted

That sucks, but looking at the pic, it looks like you found the right tire pressure.

Whipple is waiting to go on.. Just going to upgrade the rear first and beat my personal best with the setup I have now...

I am seeing about 17lbs, with a 2.8 upper, on 91 octane and some 104 mixture..

What rpm did you launch at? Did it bite a lot harder the second pass? I hope the rear ends don't let go in these cars with 1.7-1.8 60's.

4k and yes it bite harder 1.7 and kaboom

Damn, that sucks. better that than the axle and having the rear 1/4 crunched by the tire
