Can you elaborate? Are you on a road or a track? Generally "looseness" is a term used to describe corner handling characteristics and is addressed by adjusting the front (tightening) and/or rear (loosen) swaybar or damping rates.
PH bar just for keeping axle centered.
Might also check your tire pressures.

id measure and make sure they got your PHB adjusted properly. Take a piece of string with a "weight" on the end (typically just like a nail or nut will suffice) and hold it against your fender and let it fall straight down. Take a measuring tape, ruler... and measure the distance from the string to your center cap of your rim on both sides. The numbers should match, if they do not, you need to adjust your PHB to meet the mid point of both numbers.

For the sake of example, if you measure 1" on one side, and 2" on the other, you need to move the far side .5" in so both sides measure 1.5". An extra set of hands helpls so you dont have to keep getting out from under the car.

On the road it just feels like it's not as nimble as it was before and the only way I can put it to words

The back end feels delayed like a way under inflated tire but I just put my new invos on

But by doing this wont you take the car out of alignment?
I only ask this because on my car I can see that the rear is off to the passenger side more but the alignment shot said that if I moved the rear to centered it won't be aligned within specks anymore.
They said the thrust angle would be off .

If you put a softer compound tire on the car, that is likely what you are feeling. Tires make a large difference in the feel of the car, especially the rear.

The only scenario where I would think the PHR would cause what you are describing, is if it was adjusted way out of spec....or the jam nuts are loose.

I dont know that i agree with that, but i am no alignment specialist. The car is centered from the factory, and once lowered (since one side of the PHB connects to the axle and the other connets to the body) it is not. That is the whole point of getting an adjustable panhard bar, and therefore, i would think it being lowered would make it out of alignment. Plus, there are no adjustment points in the rear... the only adjustment is in the front, and aligning the rear should not effect that?

I would check the jam nuts. Sounds similar to a problem I had right after I installed my pandard bar. One of the jam nuts is a huge PITA to get a wrench on. I thought I had it tight....I didn't.

If the rear axle was out of alignment the car would pull to one side when you let go of the steering wheel. If it drives centered then its something else.

It may be loose cause the tech left 2 bolts hand tightened on the panhard brace I have to get it up in the air in a few days and check it out

I was worried about Jam Nuts loosening too (not sure if I read a post, had a bad dream, or what) but when I looked at the directions that came with my BMR panhard bar, it said to put some blue Loctite on the Jam nuts once you have centered the axle. I'm not even lowered and my axle was off by a little more than half an inch. Once I put my panhard bar and brace on, along with my hotchkis x brace for the front the car definitely tightened up, front and rear. Definitely get yours checked out because you should be feeling "tighter" not "looser"
