Awsome service dept. (for a change)

After reading post about some brutal service departments, this is a good one. I've been to this dealer twice for warrenty issues and have never had a problem with them. Once for the vibe. They replaced the rear end. The second for the tick. They replaced the left cyl. head. Always got a rental car, no questions asked. No hassle for either repair. The service admin. called every afternoon to tell me the progress on the car. Even the one day they did nothing to the car because the tech. called in sick. So any one in the South Jersey area I recommend Holman Ford in Mount Laurel.
They always treated me very well.

Hopefully your good experiences will continue. Mine was great for 8 months and then showed their true colors. :shrug:
