ATE blue dot 4 brake fluid now banned!?

I just did a bleed down with new BBR brake lines and went to ATE blue. Reading today it's now banned in the US for being...... Blue.
I have been happy with this fluid and guess I need to find some to buy before I cannot get any more.

Anyone else heard this?

Our government is so stupid. ATE will still be available, just not in Blue. They have Amber as well.

In my Subaru, I would swap back and fourth between the gold and blue ATE. Made it easy to see when the old fluid was removed. There was always talk about the color and US specs. I also used Amsoil brake fluid for my 2008 STi, that was tracked multiple times, with no issues.
