I think he will probably still be convicted of something, but probably a lesser charge… The fact remains this YouTube twat started the whole sequence of events that led to himself getting shot… he has to own some of the blame. He kept closing the distance as this fella tried to retreat. IMHO I would have no billed him. You got a really big guy (6’5) in your face, rambling and continuing to pursue and harrass you… The shooter didn’t know his intentions and sure as hell didn’t know it was a prank.
