The Ford shorties will pass emissions. In fact, I sold my old ford shortys to someone in CA.
yes the FRPP shorties will pass smog, but they just dont have a CARB#. the JBA ones do.
so is the JBA shorties worth the money. What gains can be expected from it?
They will NOT pass the visual part of the smog check if they don't have a visible C.A.R.B. #
No headers will pass in Cal without a C.A.R.B. #.
