Cant stream netflix through my sony blue ray player. Netflix is blameing it on sony, sony is suppossed to get back to me but has not in two weeks. My nephew cant do the online gameing on his PS4 ? anyone else expieriencing this or am i just lucky.

PSN was cyber attacked around Christmas. Not sure how that has been resolved or if that is your issue.
