Anyone have experience with wavetrac diff???

I was looking at building my rear end and wanted to go with a true trac but I saw someone talking about the wavetrac which is suppose to be bad ass!! From research it's supposed to be better than the tru trac just wanted to hear u guys opinions? It's almost double the money but if I'm gonna do it I wanna do it right and only once. Let me know what u guys think.

Go with the torsen. Same concept as wave trac

I'm more into drag racing so if that's the Case I'd rather go with the tru trac!!! Torsen is more for cornering track!!!

I believe the Wave Trac allows you to run a 33 spline axle, bigger than the standard 31 spline that all of the other differentials max out at. Like you said though, the Wave Trac is expensive.

Who makes the Wave Trac? Both Torsen and the DTT are great options. I'd run either one.

If I remember right, Wave Trac is made by the old U.S. distributer of Quaife. Real popular with the Honda crowd, I've used them in that application. Hassle free lifetime warranty doesn't hurt either.
