With the stock Mustang computer and either a flip chip or a handheld tuner with a couple of tunes loaded in, there really isn't a need for it.

It only adjusts fuel trims and nothing else.

You would be better off running your car down and just filling up with E85 or Gasoline. Both will mix perfectly and as long as the tune is correct for each, you will be fine. The stock O2 sensors can adjust fuel trims up to about 50% blend of E85 and gasoline. Now a 50% blend won't be optimal for racing but it will get you out of a jam if you need gas. When racing or going to track, you would want the most Ethanol content anyway. So that's why it is just easier to let the car run down to 1/4-1/8 of a tank and fill up if you have to switch fuels.

The ultimate set up would take the Ethanol sensor and have not only the fuel trims change, but timing and boost (on turbo cars it could be done), and make the adjustments accordingly depending on how much Ethanol is in the fuel.

Both Big Stuff 3 and Megasquirt systems are already compatible with Ethanol sensors, but they only adjust for trims as well. I'm sure they are working on it though.
