I've never had a problem dealing with him via e-mail as he responds promptly.

yeah, he doesn't like his phone number given out and he will when you purchase something. He is so busy that if he has to keep answering phones he will nver the the stuff shipped out. So he deals with email only. Great guy and prompt service.
